For importing goods to Ivory Coast

  • Import declaration to be completed via the Single window for external trade.
  • Commercial invoice issued before goods arrive, specifying CIF value, sales conditions, product descriptions, transport details, exporter and consignee names, and package details.
  • Certificate of origin two copies required.
  • Pro forma invoice six copies (also required for exports).
  • Webb Fontaine Inspection Certificate.
  • Packing List : To expedite clearance. 
  • Advance Import Declaration : Mandatory for imports exceeding 478,000 CFA francs, submitted digitally.

  • Certain types of raw timber, including Aboudikrou, Mahogany, Avodire, Bosse, Sipo, Dibetou, Ipoko, Malcore, Tiama, Kondroui, Vene wood, as well as logs.
  • Ferrous products, such as scrap metal, cast iron, and ferrous by-products.
